RedHat 8 and Linux Care

Does anyone know where I can get a free copy of RedHat 8? A couple of years
ago I got a copy of RedHat 6.2 from a place called Linux Care (I think) in
Civic for the very cheap price of a packet of Tim Tams, but I can no longer
find them. Is RedHat so commercial now that free copies are a thing of the
past?
