I'm planning on getting ADSL through them once I've moved house this weekend. 
I haven't experienced their ADSL service yet, but have heard nothing but good
things from the people who have.  Of course, I also have the mobile phone
numbers of the owner/operators, so maybe my choice is biased ;-)  But lets
see:

Pros:
 * Linux friendly
 * CLUG "members"
 * Been around a while, local Canberra business
 * Not sellouts like some others
 * Quality service
 * Customer focussed
 * Competitive prices

Cons:
 Umm.. I'll get back to you on this one.
