I think you could do TV over ULL, it's just never been done before. It's
"dark" copper, you could run whatever you like over. AFAIK, TransACT comes
into the home in copper as well. I'm not up on the ins and outs of
TransACT's transmission methods, but I can't on the face of it see a
reason for TV *not* to work over ULL in my limited understanding of it.
