Not until (iirc) 2005 which is when their case is going to be heard in
court.  In the mean time it seems they're able to continue to spread lies
and mislead consumers, and extort money from businesses and even
individuals across the globe.
What really concerns me is that come time for them to pay back their
illegally-obtained license fees etc, people like Darl McMuffin are going
to do a One.Tel / HIH / Skaife thing and get away with it.  The sooner the
madness stops, the better.
