redhat linux installation...

Hi everyone
My computer is not able to read the redhat linux first
cd.I don't know what is the problem.Could someone tell
me the instrucations for installing the redhat linux
7.3?
I used a boot disk ,computer can read the floppy disk
but it is not able to change the directory to cd.

I appreciate any help.
