kde libraries

I recently upgraded my Mandrake 8.1 to use KDE3.03 and I trued to 
upgrade koffice to latest.

When I try to run kformula the error message says:

kformula: error while loading shared libraries: libksycoca.so.3: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory

I think I have loaded all the KDE3 packages, so can anyone tell me in 
which package it be located.

The answer to this may solve another riddle
