Virus scani

Does anyone know of any good opensource virus scanners (both system &/or 
e-mail) that they could reccemend?
Also, a few terminals at one of our satelite offices have picked up the 
latest klez. This means that I must go round to each machine and clean 
them up one at a time (groan...) . Has anyone come accross a program or 
mayhap even a mini-distro that I can use to make this any easier?
