Let me introduce you to the new tweaking sensation - underclocking.  Buy a really
fast chip for your motherboard, then twiddle the multipliers and voltage settings
until you have it running as cool and as slowly as you possibly can.

It works!  And if you have a laptop it can do dramatically good things to your
battery life.
