I have a MFB rack for sale  www.mfb.com.au - second hand - full height (ie 45RU)
with power rail, I think 3 shelves (I'm at work now) front and rear door, one 
side only (you can buy another if you want) but no fans. $375 if you are 
interested - its in Evatt.
