Rack mount cases

Have you considered the blank rackmoun cases that Jaycar offer?  A bit of creativity with a drill/dremel and you've got custom cases.

They sell them in 1, 2 and 3 RU sizes.  You'd have to transplant all of your PC internals over to the rackmount cse (incl. power surprise).

I'm not sure how price competitive the solution is, but nobody had suggested it so far.
