Well, peanuts aren't actually nuts, but legumes. The famous litigation I've
heard of, related to there being trace elements of other nuts in peanuts
containers (hence the warning on the peanut packet: "contains nuts"). People
can be allergic to nuts and not peanuts, and vice versa.
