well if the disk is liable to get hot, yes you need fans. The seagate liquid
bearing disks are very good with respect to noise, almost silent. However
the 7200 RPM disks seem to get prety hot, if you get a 5200 RPM liquid
bearing disk I think you may find it works well with no fans.

And yes the prices is for the case, power supply, board (with all chips on
it) and riser card.

I have to say I am tempted to get one, but I dont really have a use for it
so wont.
