Dear Rasjid,

Transact just sent a brochure with some price rises.
Though the cost of the TV/Web/Phone package rose,
 they now offer a "WebTalk" plan, no TV, 512K internet, 2x faster, and phone.
And it's slightly cheaper (~$42/month) than the old complete package,
 and certainly cheaper than $55 for a TV that you don't watch.

I've been 6 months with a transact modem (Marconi Flex, not set top box)
 and it's very reliable.
