RedHat 7.3 CD's

A few people have pointed out problems with the RedHat 7.3 CD's on this list. 
Most of the problems have been attributed to dodgy CD's off magazines. I 
thought I'd just add some experiences I've (and some others I know) had with 
RedHat 7.3 cd's.

Attempting to install onto HP Vectra VE's (and a couple of other boxes) has 
been a bit troublesome. On these boxes, when prompted for the 2nd CD, the 
installer comes back with the message that the CD's couldn't be mounted. 
Trying to do it manually doesn't seem to help either. I did notice on the 
info console that ide-cd module could not be found. Any attempts to mount any 
CD whatsover seem to fail.

Installing 7.2 goes by without a hitch. I've been told that upgrading to 7.3 
on boxes that have been causing this problem is okay! When prompted for CD 2, 
it gets mounted fine. 

It seems to me that there may be a driver issue with the 7.3 install. I 
haven't had much of a chance to check it out further yet, but thought this 
might shed some light on problems others have been having and may even (god 
forbid) help to find the root of the problem.
