[OT] Compact Flash -> IDE Adaptor?

It's almost time for me to get the noisiest box in the house to boot off 
Compact Flash instead of a hard drive.  The only catch is, I can't seem 
to find anyone in Australia who sells CF to IDE adaptors, such as this one:

They don't need to work wonderfully, they just need to handle a 128Mb or 
  256Mb CF card.

If you've found someone in Australia who stocks them, I'd love to know.
