Not quite.  Plex86 is the FS equivalent of VMWare, ie an x86/PC
virtualiser.  Bochs is a full emulation of the IBM PC; CPU, VGA card,
serial, etc.  As stated above, plex86 will not run on non-x86 hardware;
bochs will at about the speed of a dog with no legs;)
