I'm in to help out with the logistics for a Canberra event as I believe
are a number of others in OzLabs.

Lets make it LCA 2004 Canberra (Sounds like a political campaign!)

If Steven is happy to do so I'd nominate him as a worthy convener/el
presidente etc.
