No! Put your reply text after the part of the email you're replying
to, and trim anything you're not replying to! That's far and away
the best format for an email reply. 

If you're ignoring the content of the post, /cut it out of your
reply/! If you're responding to only part of a post, cut the rest.
If you're responding to multiple points, put your response to each
point after the relevant part of the original post. And when you're
quoting someone, provide attribution - most mtas will do this
automatically.

It's not difficult, and it makes it infinitely easier to follow a
discussion. It even cuts down on wasted bandwidth.
