Hrm.  Someone posts unsolicited "commercial" email to multiple linux lists
(it may or may not have been interesting to the recipients), someone else
noted their objection to this, and the original author feels the need to
defend themselves.

We could do one of 2 things here.
1) Let the situation degenerate into a huge flamefest, or
2) Just pretend it never happened, and not mention the topic again on
list.


I vote for (2).  If you have anger to vent, save it for a worthier target.
