Netspeed getting better and better

Has anyone else noticed an improvement in Netspeed bandwidth?

Back at the beginning of the month
 they upgraded their main Internet border router and
 installed a Gigabit Ethernet backbone.

Seems a lot faster to me, but I haven't measured the performance.

On another positive note,
 Ryan is looking into putting up reverse DNS for the pool of pppoe IP numbers.
