Ordering from yahoo stores

I'm looking to get a few Rangelan DS from this store:

But they won't accept 'orders from my address', so does anyone have any ideas
on how to actually place the order.  I 
have a relative lined up to mail the package to me (they only ship in the USA)
and I thought that was the only problem I 
had to solve.

Anyone who wants to piggyback on the order is welcome, if we can actually get
it off.
