Back ages ago,
 when Transact were "only months away"
 the crazy last ditch plan to do Gungahlin
 was to blow fibre down the gas pipes.

That was if negotiations to use Telstra's existing fibre to the kerb failed.

Be assured Telstra have not grown any social concience
 and the underground power suburbs will be the last on Transact.

The noise of Transact's arrival precedes it by years.
