samba print commands

Hi All,
I have configured a psuedo printer on my samba file server, using Ghostscript and an apple laserwritter driver for the win2k clients to create a pdf file from the print job. does anyone have any ideas on something like a preexec command so that samba comes up with a dialogue box to name the file? 

currently it names the file the same as the print job, with a pdf extension, which works great, except, my boss and I are the only one capable of using it. The others are reasonably green with computers.
