What is this access Opera makes?

Whenever I use Opera (6.02 for Linux) I see with some regularity
accesses to
	212.150.169.154/scripts/cms/xcms.asp
in my junkbuster log.

What is this?

Reading the same pages using netscape (4.79 or 6.2) or Mozilla
(1.0) does not show this.

Also, it does not always show up, as if it times out and is
refeteched after a while.
