transact remote control manual

i've found the manual for the millenium 4 remote control used to control
the TransACT STB.  the manual provided by TransACT is out of date: i
hadn't been able to find my VCR's setup code, and the updated version
has a couple of extra codes for AKAI VCR's, and also has instructions to
make the power button turn on/off all your equipment:

prints quite nicely 4-pages-to-a-page and double-sided, to make a quick
