C books (was "K&R C book wanted")

That was something I noticed went I went looking for a copy
of K&R recently. No bookshops located in shopping malls stocked it,
and places where I *expected* to be able to find it (Co-op ANU)
didn't have it either. But I could find lots of phone books with titles
like: "Teach yourself 101 C-hash recipes in 20 minutes!". It seems
like page count is more important than clarity...
