I remember a few months back Telstra were blacklisted and it got posted on
slashdot.org. Perhaps it's happened again.

If there's a 2002 award for the most inept frustrating company, Telstra get my
vote. (do you know how infuriating it is knowing they're earning money every
time you ring up to complain about their net connection going down? :-)
