OT(?): Netspeed vs Webone

Well, I will hopefully have TransACT by Thurday.  That really leaves tomorrow 
to decide on an ISP.

In September last year, Andrew Bishop had some less than complementary things 
to say about Netspeed.  At the time (and until quite recently) Webone were 
cheaper, so it was fairly clear what to do.

However, it looks like Netspeed is matching Webone's prices now, and is even 
slightly better if you pay a full year in advance (not that I'm likely to do 
that).

Any feedback on the recent levels of service and support provided by each 
would be appreciated.  I'm inclined to go with Webone due to Andrew's 
experience, but perhaps Netspeed have lifted their game?
