Yeah, that's what confused me too. It would seem my Redhat box has time
aliased to time -p, which gives the posix output (wall, system, user). If
you go for the actual binary (/usr/bin/time on my machine), then you get
the extended GNU output, which includes the name of the programmers
grandmother.
