Access? What does that mean? Do you want to do a remote
desktop like pcanywhere? Use VNC (needs to be installed).
Do you want to get access to the files? In that case you 
need to enable file sharing on the Windows boxes, and use 
smbfs to mount the shares on your Linux box.

In any case, you will need to run extra things on your 
Windows boxes, otherwise the only 'access' you will get 
are 'ping' responses.
