Aarrgghhh!! Yeah it is elusive, even more so when my work proxy does not allow
me ftp access to things. (Mind you it also does not refresh content nicely
either so just about every page I go to I have to do a refresh to ensure I get
new content - but I digress...)

KDE (kde.org) gives the following
<http://download.kde.org/stable/3.0.3/Debian/> as a link, but I think that gets
redirected to an ftp session which my work proxy gags on. However, that
directory does exist at
<http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/KDE/stable/3.0.3/Debian/> but the directories
there appear to be empty. KDE 3.0.3 was only announced in the last 24hrs so
give it a day or two for at least aarnet's mirror to copy the stuff over. I
would suspect that the main kde site is getting a few requests at the moment....
(Also look at <http://www.debianplanet.org/node.php?id=778> for some miniscule
info on it including a comment from the previous aussie maintainer).
