CD burining apps?

Hello all,

I am about to install some manner of CD authoring package onto a machine,
but I thought I'd ask if anyone can make any recommendations or has any
strong opinions about the following (which are available as .debs):

	xcdroast	# Ol' reliable
	eroaster	# direct burns of .ogg and .mp3
	gtoaster	# Gnome GUI
	gcdmaster	# disc-at-once audio CDs
