Also 169.254.0.0 - 169.254.255.255 which is reserved for local links.

Has anyone played with this? Linux support?

I am thinking of those dodgy USB to USB connection cables (usbnet driver).
Maybe we can come up with something in the hotplug scripts to make this work
automagically....
