The joys of transact.  We had an outage the day before yesterday. 
The set-top box had to be rebooted in that peculiar way.  Last night 
it went down and stayed down.  No TV, no internet.  Not up this 
morning.  Rebooting the box had no effect.  I'm glad I'm not running 
a business from home.
