Well, I found it worked OK under Wine. Not great but usable. However, the
upload failed miserably due to some missing msvc library. Even my normal
windows installation didn't have the version it was looking.

In the end I just filled in a normal form. It did give me an idea how much I
was going to get back though.

On the whole, lobby groups for IT related stuff don't seem to be
particularly common. The EFA is good but it sometimes seems hard to keep up
with the issues.
