key id

   The key-id is just the low 4 bytes (last 8 characters) of the
fingerprint, so it was still there.  gpg has started to shift to using 8
bytes of the 16-20 that make up a fingerprint, I suppose in the optimisitic
hope there there will soon be collisions in the 32 bit space.  :)
