Looking for a housemate (Off Topic)

I am potentially looking for a housemate.  I live (currently by myself) in a 
3 bedroom house in Watson.  I have a 6 year old child that visits reasonably 
reguarly.  I don't eat a lot of meat, and I don't smoke.  I work full time, 
and play around with Linux in the evening.  I'm planning to get TransACT.

I have a spare room that I would be looking to rent out for $70 per week.
