Dept. of Comp. Sci. at ANU gets both Linux Magazine and Linux Journal.
Both are a good read. The ads are (obviously) very U.S.-centric, but
the articles and news are good. They are also good for "throwing under
someone's nose" when there is a good article that you just know they
won't read off a URL, but might read from a printed copy (happens to
me quite a bit!).

The online sites (lwn etc.) are also worth keeping up with.
