Windows2000 - Samba

Hello all

I am trying to connect via samba with win2000. I get an error message that the share could not be foud. Strangly enough It works well connecting under win98. 

Where is the diffence and what would I need to do to make it work.

Thanks for your feedback but keep in mind that I am new to Linux
