Problemz with kdeinit

Whenever I log into gnome/sawfish and it restores my konqueror windows,
most (but not all) of them complain that they can't contact klauncher.
Any more that I start up have the same problem.

After a 'killall kdeinit' the new ones start up fine.

Sounds vaguely related but I haven't been able to track it down.
