LPRng and remote printing

I have looked at lpd.perms . I have tried all manner of combinations
that were kind of obviouse (like allowing various classess of requests
form the host/user combinations, etc... 

cal printing still works fine, I can see the queue, but no jobs leave
for the print server... :(

Any pointers as to what needs to change?
