G'Day,

tangle rtf is now on sourceforge at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tanglertf.

There are two main uses for this:

1. If you embed decss is a MSOffice document is it
still code? 

2. Let say your developing a physics engine for a
game, in that case, for maintenance, the documentation
with formuleas and diagrams is much more important
than the code itself. Embedding the code in the
documentation starts making sense.
