We bought a Speed Touch ADSL modem direct from Alcatel for our
BigPond direct connection at work (the alternative was paying
outrageous purchase and maintenance costs to Telstra for an unecessary cisco
router - grr) and it happens to have a web server running on
10.0.0.138.  I haven't been able to reproduce it on my home modem
supplied by Telstra though.  Perhaps they have modified it?
