Poweroff not working on RedHat 7.1

No idea what machine we're dealing with here, but if it's a problem related 
to your hardware (i.e. BIOS), then you should change the last line to:

  CONFIG_APM_REAL_MODE_POWER_OFF=y

You might have to recompile the kernel, if this option is not available. I 
don't know for sure.
