root account over nisplus?

Hi,
with surprise I discovered that my nisplus server was sharing the root account 
with other clients, and furthermore that was not the root account of the 
server machine! I removed it with nistbladm, but I'd like to know where I can 
manage accounts as in the yp, I mean deciding from which id,gid the account 
must be nisplussed.
