nisaddcred error

I'm tryng to fix NIS+ server breaks, cause my
Sun 2 (server2) were unable to authenticate root master
(server1).
So, I did follow the 3.19 item from "NIS+ Frequently Asked Questions":
- kill rpc.nisd
- /usr/sbin/rpc.nisd -r -S -
- keylogout -f
- nisaddcred des
and then got that:

nisaddcred des
DES principal name : "unix.server2 at www.br"
Enter login password:
Updating key pair for unix.server2 at www.br
(server2.www.br.).
nisaddcred: error creating credential, NIS+ error: NIS+ servers
unreachable.
