nis-utils-1.4.1 and gmp 4.0.1.3

I did install the gmp-devel rpm and it did not install mp.h.  The idea to
install nis-utils-1.2 and then nis-utils-1.4 worked.  Strange, but now I am on
to other headaches... :-)
