cannot login ???

hello everybody,
I am a system admin, and have a weird problem in my lab for 1 user as of 
now. She cannot login to her account, it seems to hang forever, but she can 
ssh or rlogin or telnet into her account from somebody else's machine/accnt. 
I just couldnt figure out what the problem could be.The server is set up as 
a nis+ server, the machine is redhat linux os. Could you guys please help me 
with this one .
