[linux-cifs-client] Missing patch for call_sbin_request_key NPD OOPS

Back on August 17th, 2008 Rutger Nijlunsing sent in a patch to keep an
OOPS from popping up as the result of a null pointer to the users
keyring in 2.6.25+. I ran into this problem in 2.6.26 and I didn't see
the patch in the sources nor in Linus' HEAD revision nor in the cifs
repo on git.kernel.org.

Did this guy somehow slip though the cracks?
