[linux-cifs-client] [PATCH 4/7] [CIFS] change CIFSSMBSetTimes to
CIFSSMBSetPathInfo

CIFSSMBSetTimes is a deceptive name. This function does more that just
set file times. Change it to CIFSSMBSetPathInfo, which is closer to its
real purpose.
